This vintage 5-way cruciform medal incorporates The Sacred Heart of Jesus, St. Joseph, St. Christopher and Miraculous medals with the Holy Spirit (descending dove) at center. The backside is engraved "I am a Catholic – Please call a priest". It measures 1" W x 1" L excluding jump ring and weighs 7.7 grams. Hallmarked Creed sterling.
